Terms of Service for Cyprus VPS Server
These terms summarise how our Cyprus hosting services are provided and how this website handles your information. By ordering a service or using this site, you agree to them. The full client-area terms at control.serverslot.com take precedence over this summary wherever the two differ.
Our services
Cyprus VPS Server offers KVM virtual servers in Limassol, Windows RDP packages in Nicosia, dedicated servers quoted on request, and domain registration. Services are provisioned and supported through the ServerSlot platform. The resources of each plan are as described on its page and in your order. Domain registrations are also subject to the rules of the relevant registry, which may change.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for everything that runs on your service and for complying with the laws of Cyprus and of any country where you or your users are located. You must not use our services for spam, phishing, malware, attacks on other networks, infringement of intellectual property or any unlawful content. Activities that require a licence, including online gambling, are permitted only where they are legal and properly licensed. We may suspend services that harm our network, other customers or third parties.
Billing
Services are billed in advance for the period selected at checkout. Invoices are issued in the client area, and you can pay by cryptocurrency, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or bank transfer. Unpaid services may be suspended and later terminated. Prices for dedicated servers and some domains are confirmed in writing or at checkout before you order.
Cancellation
You can request cancellation from the client area, either immediately or at the end of the billing period. Copy any data you need before the service ends, because data on cancelled or terminated services is removed and cannot be recovered. Domain registrations run until their expiry date unless transferred.
Backups and your data
You are responsible for keeping your own backups of all data on your services. RAID and other redundancy protect against some hardware faults but are not a backup. We recommend storing copies off the server and testing restores regularly.
Limitation of liability
Services are provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the relevant billing period.
Privacy and cookies
We use the details you provide only to deliver, bill and support your services and to respond to enquiries. This website stores your theme choice and cookie preference in your browser. Essential cookies needed for the site to work are always on. Optional analytics cookies are used only if you choose "Accept All Cookies"; selecting essential cookies only keeps them switched off. You can change your choice by clearing your browser storage for this site.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services or legal obligations change. The current version is always published on this page, and continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
